It too me nearly 3 years to come to realise that nothing is really fair in the working world.
Nothing is fair in this world, but i've always hoped for the better, hoped that lady luck will always be with me. I probably was luckier before but definitely not recently, after the complaints of the politics and the things that have angered me in the office.
I very much want to do my job well; to manage time and projects to the best i can. But he doesnt practice what he preach. He tells all of us one thing but he does another. So much favoritism! Whatever happened to the 2 weeks buffer time? Whatever happened to signed projects' priority? Whatever happened to giving us enough time? Whatever to 'no beer' in the office?
Why are the 2 guys drinking, playing pool and wasting time here?! What am i doing here?!!
