On MC today because of constipation. erm. May sound a bit unprofessional but i was having consipation for 8days straight.
My tummy was bloated and it is no joke. Felt so 'full of shit'.. Prunes, bananas, lots of water, eno. None of that helped.
But i really drink lots of water during work know. i am NOT a meat-eater so i always eat vege in my meals. Fruits once in a blue moon la.
So i guess it boils down to my digestive system. Hopefully the digestive pills doc gave works. walao. 8days not funny at all man.. Managed to let out a bit here and there at home today, but more than 60% are still in my large intestine.
I am quite sick of 'hmmmm', 'hai', sound of air in a phone conversation. I wonder how other couples chat. I wonder how i used to chat with people.
Back then, i never had such silent moments. Topics were never a problem.
